About Us

Born in the California Wild West

Born in the California wild West comes the greatest country band of all time, Willie Nilly. Known best for their boot scootin', rough ridin', and raisin' a little cane at the honky tonk, this band plays all your favorite country tunes — from Merle Haggard to Morgan Wallen.

The band started with three California cowboys who rode their horses to San Francisco only to find themselves and form an incredible trio devoted entirely to givin' the people what they want: a good old-fashioned hoedown.

Andrew originally hails from New Orleans, where he learned to play rhythm and blues before bringing his talents to San Francisco. Eric is from Ohio, where he learned all that good Midwestern soul. And Brian was born right here in California, but he worked as a professional musician in Nashville — and he knows how to keep time tighter than a train schedule.

These three cowboys know how to move and know how to groove, and they keep you dancing from start to finish. They probably wear red, white, and blue atop their cowboy boots and faded denim. Depending on the gig, the trio often brings in a slide guitar player and a fiddle player to round out the sound — so the hoedown hits even harder.

Whether you have a honky tonk of your own or you need a private party to get the patriotism flowing, Willie Nilly has your back. This band brings old school Americana and a modern fun twist to every event. They've played some of the biggest stages in San Francisco and for some of the biggest companies the Bay Area has known. Recent stages include the Union Street Festival in San Francisco, Westwood in San Francisco, the Napa Battle of the Bands, and many more.

One thing is guaranteed: a damn good time!
